The Network Manager is responsible for expanding, managing, and strengthening the two-wheeler dealer network to achieve sales growth, market penetration, and brand standards compliance.
Identify potential locations and appoint new dealers / sub-dealers / outlets.
Conduct feasibility studies, market surveys, and competitor analysis.
Coordinate dealer onboarding, documentation, and agreement execution.
Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers.
Resolve dealer issues related to sales, service, spare parts, and operations.
Ensure adherence to company policies, brand guidelines, and SOPs.
Drive retail and wholesale targets across the network.
Monitor dealer performance and suggest corrective action plans.
Support dealers in local marketing activities, promotions, and events.
Ensure showroom, workshop, and manpower standards are maintained.
Monitor inventory, billing, dispatches, and payment cycles.
Track dealer profitability and working capital health.
Coordinate sales, service, and CRM training for dealer staff.
Implement new product launches and sales programs at dealer level.
Prepare periodic reports on network performance, expansion status, and market feedback.
Ensure statutory and commercial compliance by dealers.
