Modular Kitchen Designer

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Designer cum Sales Executive to join our Modular Kitchen division at the Godrej Interio Showroom. The ideal candidate will have a strong flair for interior design, a sound technical grasp of modular kitchen solutions, and excellent client communication and sales skills. The role involves handling end-to-end client interaction – from design consultation to final sales closure – ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Designing & Technical

Prepare modular kitchen layouts, elevations, and detailed designs using AutoCAD

Develop 3D renders using tools such as SketchUp, 3Ds Max, KD Max, or similar software

Interpret client requirements into functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen designs

Coordinate with factory and installation teams to ensure design feasibility and execution accuracy

🔹 Sales & Client Handling

Welcome walk-in clients at the showroom and understand their needs and preferences

Conduct detailed product presentations and design consultations

Prepare and explain quotations, pricing structures, and payment terms

Follow up with potential leads and convert them into successful sales

Coordinate site visits for measurements and post-sales follow-up

🔹 Operations & Coordination

Maintain proper documentation of client records, design approvals, and order confirmations

Liaise with internal teams (project execution, delivery, installation) for timely delivery and service

Ensure showroom displays are well maintained and up to date

Key Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales/client handling within the furniture/interiors/modular kitchen industry

Proficiency in AutoCAD and at least one 3D rendering software (SketchUp/3Ds Max/KD Max, etc.)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English, Hindi, local language)

Ability to multitask and manage projects independently

A keen eye for design, detail orientation, and space planning

Graduate/Diploma in Interior Design or related field preferred

Salary: Based on experience + Incentive

Job Type: Full-time (Showroom-based role with occasional site visits

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Weekend availability is a must
