·         HAVING EXPERIENCE MORE THAN 5 YRS IN THE CONS., AUTO, TRACTOR, GENERATOR ETC.

·         ENSURING COVERAGE BY APPOINTING DEALER/SUB DEALER/DISTRIBUTOR OF ASSIGNED TERRITORY.

·         PLANING & IMPLEMENTING COMPANY POLICIES ON DEALERSHIPS ie; CIP, STOCK, WORKSHOP, TOOLS &  PARTS AVAILABILITY.

·         PLANING & ACHIEVING TARGETS GIVEN BY MANAGEMENT.

·         APPOINTMENT REQUIRED MANPOWER UPON DEALERSHIP AS PER NORMS.

·         STRATEGIC THINKING & PLANING, EXECUTION, TEAM LEADERSHIP, MARKET & CUSTOMER INSIGHTS.

·         MARKET ANALYSIS & BUSINESS ACUMEN & NEGOTIATION & INFLUENCING SLILLS.

·         MANAGE END TO END OPERATIONS ON THE GEM PORTAL.

·         MONITOR AND TRACK ORDERS, QUOTATIONS & TENDERS ON GEM PORTAL.

·         IDENTIFY TENDERS & OPPORTUNITIES THAT ALIGN WITH COMPANY OFFERINGS.

·         COMPLIANCE WITH GEM PORTAL POLICIES & PROCEDURES.

·         ANALYSE MARKET TRENDS ON PORTAL FOR BUSINESS GROWTH.
