We are hiring for a Personal Loans Team Leader / Manager with strong sales and team-handling experience.
Job Description:
Experience: 2–6 years in Personal Loans sales.
Industry: NBFC / Fintech / Loan DSA or similar lending setup.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Personal Loans sales executives.
Drive sales targets, customer acquisition, and loan disbursements.
Monitor team performance, lead conversion, and daily sales activities.
Guide team members on lead generation, customer handling, and documentation.
Ensure achievement of individual and team targets.
Required Skills:
Strong team leadership and people management skills.
Proven experience in Personal Loans sales.
Target-driven approach with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage a team and drive business growth.
Other Requirements:
Immediate joiner preferred.
Must be available for a face-to-face interview.
Candidates with senior-level experience in a similar NBFC/Fintech/DSA setup will be preferred.
