We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller – Loan Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining various loan products, and converting leads into successful loan applications.

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote personal loans, business loans, or home loans.

Understand customer needs and suggest suitable loan products.

Follow up with interested customers for documentation and application processing.

Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.

Coordinate with the sales and operations team for loan disbursals.
