Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Generate leads and source business for Two Wheeler Loans through dealer visits, field work, and references.
Build and maintain strong relationships with two-wheeler dealers, showrooms, and DSAs.
Guide customers through the loan application process, documentation, and eligibility.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business volumes.
Conduct field visits for customer acquisition and verification.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for faster loan disbursement.
Maintain accurate customer data and MIS reporting.
Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Graduate preferred

Experience in Two Wheeler Loan / BFSI Sales preferred
Good communication & negotiation skills
Field sales experience mandatory
Local area knowledge preferred
