Lead Generation Executive

We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth for the company. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, negotiation ability, and a passion for achieving targets.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and networking.

Generate quality leads and maintain lead databases.

2. Client Communication

Conduct telephonic, virtual, and in-person meetings.

Explain company services/products clearly and professionally.

3. Sales & Target Achievement

Convert leads into clients by presenting proposals and closing deals.

Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.

4. Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction.

5. Market Research

Understand industry trends, competitor performance, and customer needs.

Identify new opportunities for business expansion.

6. Reporting & Documentation

Prepare sales reports, proposals, quotations, and MoUs.

Maintain proper records in CRM/tools.

Strong verbal & written communication skills

Confidence in pitching and presenting

Good negotiation & convincing ability

Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM

Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Self-motivated and proactive
