About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Lead Generation Executive to support the growth of our fitness solutions business.

The role involves identifying potential business opportunities, building client databases, connecting with prospects, and scheduling meetings with potential clients. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, confidence in client interactions, and an interest in business development.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, directories, and market research.
✅ Build and maintain a database of prospective clients.
✅ Connect with potential clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
✅ Understand basic client requirements and coordinate meetings with the internal team.
✅ Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
✅ Maintain records of leads, interactions, and business opportunities.
✅ Support the team in expanding the company's client network.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–4 years of experience in Lead Generation, Inside Sales, Business Development, or Client Coordination.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable with calling and interacting with potential clients.

• Basic knowledge of internet research and MS Office.

• Presentable, confident, and willing to learn.

• Experience in B2B sales, real estate, interior solutions, hospitality, wellness, or fitness industry will be an added advantage.
