Job Overview:
Virupaksha Creatives is looking for a proactive and experienced Marketing Executive to expand our client base in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for individuals with a proven track record in client acquisition and business development, who are comfortable representing the company and engaging directly with potential clients across various sectors. You'll be working closely with our Co-Founder to identify and secure new business opportunities, gaining invaluable experience in networking and observing firsthand how businesses operate, new clients are secured, and professional communications unfold.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1) Client Acquisition & Business Development
~ Identify and research potential clients, including other brands, colleges, and companies.
~ Accompany the Co-Founder to meetings with prospective clients.
~ Conduct compelling presentations and pitch decks to attract new clients.
~ Proactively engage with decision-makers and key stakeholders to showcase our services.
2) Client Communication & Relationship Building
~ Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
~ Handle client inquiries and provide necessary information about our offerings.
~ Ensure smooth communication throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact to closing.
3) Market Research & Strategy Support
~ Assist in identifying market trends and opportunities for business growth.
~ Provide insights from client interactions to help refine marketing and sales strategies.
4) Reporting & Documentation
~ Maintain detailed records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities.
~ Contribute to reports on sales performance and client acquisition efforts.
Who Can Apply:
- Individuals with a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in client-facing roles, sales, business development, or marketing.
- Proven experience in approaching and engaging with clients, delivering presentations, and closing deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with frequent travel within Hyderabad for client meetings.
