Location: On-site (Complete Work from Office)

About the Role: 

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Lead Generation Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, sales outreach, cold calling etc. This role involves working closely with potential clients, pitching Upriver’s services, and driving business growth. 

Key Responsibilities

 Identify and approach potential clients to promote Upriver’s services.

 Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, emails and other sales strategies.

 Conduct calls, online meetings and presentations to explain how Upriver can help brands grow their eCommerce business.

 Coordinate with internal teams and facilitate proposal sending and negotiations, leading to sales closure.

 Create and manage a database of potential clients.

Requirements

 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, sales outreach, cold calling etc.

 Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

 Persistent and hardworking; not taking no for an answer.

 Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

 Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to drive business growth.

 Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales tracking software.

 Proficiency in tools like Lusha, Apollo etc.

 Min Educational Qualification: Graduation
