1+ years of experience in lead generation, telesales, or business development

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation platforms

Ability to work independently and meet targets under tight deadlines

Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy
