Job Description

Role Overview

LWC requires a Lead Coordinator to manage incoming customer leads (walk-in, phone, online, and referral) and convert them into sales. This role is the bridge between lead generation and store sales, ensuring no opportunity is missed.

Key Responsibilities

● Track,follow up, and manage all incoming customer leads across channels

● Coordinate with store sales staff to ensure timely and effective lead follow-up

● Maintainalead tracker/CRM with status updates and conversion outcomes

● Identify drop-off points in the lead funnel and suggest improvements

● Supportoutreach for new product launches, offers, and promotions to warm leads

● Reportonleadvolume, follow-up turnaround, and conversion rate regularly

Requirements

● Priorexperience in lead management, telesales, or CRM coordination

● Strongfollow-up discipline and communication skills

● Comfortable working with spreadsheets/CRM tools to track leads and conversions ● Retail, watch, jewelry, or fashion industry background preferred
