Job Summary:
We CodeGuardian.ai are looking for a result-driven: Lead Generation Executive with hands-on experience in 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗲𝗱𝗜𝗻 & 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗲𝗱𝗜𝗻 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗡𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗕𝟮𝗕 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate qualified B2B leads using LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Identify and connect with decision-makers (CXOs, HR Heads, IT Heads, etc.).
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects.
Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages.
Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales team.
Maintain lead data and updates in CRM/Excel sheets.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
Track daily/weekly outreach metrics and report performance.
Co-ordinated with vendors for marketing campaigns and lead generation support.
Send connection requests to potential clients through professional networking platforms such as LinkedIn.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1–2 years of experience in Lead Generation.
Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Good understanding of B2B sales processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to craft engaging outreach messages.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel.
Target-driven and self-motivated.
