Role Overview
We are looking for a Technical Sales Executive who can bridge the gap between engineering and business. The ideal candidate should understand technical products (IoT, embedded systems, automation solutions) and be able to present them effectively to clients, generate leads, and close sales.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities in industrial automation, solar, and IoT sectors
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions
Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations
Coordinate with the engineering team to customize solutions based on client needs
Handle end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → qualification → proposal → negotiation → closure
Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business
Conduct site visits, meetings, and technical discussions with clients
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
Basic understanding of:
Embedded systems / IoT devices
RS485, Modbus, TCP/IP communication
SCADA systems and industrial automation
Solar monitoring systems (preferred)
Sales Skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
Proposal writing and presentation skills
General Skills
Excellent communication (verbal & written)
Problem-solving and customer-centric approach
Willingness to travel for client meetings
Educational Qualification
B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field
MBA in Sales/Marketing (preferred but not mandatory)
