Sales Lead Generation Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Leasing Executive to manage the end-to-end leasing process for our real estate properties. The candidate will be responsible for generating leasing leads, acquiring tenants, managing broker relationships, conducting site visits, negotiating commercial terms, and coordinating documentation until deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire potential tenants for available properties.

• Generate leasing leads through direct outreach, networking, brokers, references, and other channels.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with property brokers and consultants.

• Understand tenant requirements such as location, area, budget, business type, and possession timeline.

• Arrange and conduct property/site visits for prospective tenants.

• Present available properties and explain commercial terms and property specifications.

• Negotiate rent, security deposit, lease period, lock-in period, escalation, fit-out period, and other commercial terms.

• Coordinate between tenants, brokers, management, and internal teams to close leasing deals.

• Handle leasing documentation and coordinate the preparation and execution of lease agreements.

• Maintain proper records of leads, site visits, negotiations, and closed deals.

• Follow up with prospective and existing tenants for closures and renewals.

• Support lease renewals and other tenant-related leasing requirements.

• Regularly track market trends, rental rates, and competing properties.

Required Skills

• 2–3 years of experience in real estate leasing, preferably commercial leasing.

• Strong tenant acquisition and lead-generation skills.

• Good broker/consultant network and relationship-management skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good negotiation and convincing abilities.

• Ability to independently handle site visits and client meetings.

• Good understanding of commercial leasing terms and processes.

• Strong follow-up and deal-closing skills.

• Good documentation and coordination skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

• Target-oriented and proactive approach.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline. Candidates with relevant experience in real estate/commercial leasing will be preferred.
