Job Description

Job Title: Tele-Calling & Lead Generation Executive

We are hiring a Tele-Calling & Lead Generation Executive to handle IndiaMART inquiries and generate new business through cold calling.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to and follow up on IndiaMART leads.
Make outbound cold calls to identify and acquire new customers.
Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant products/services.
Qualify leads and coordinate with the sales team.
Maintain lead records and follow-up activities.
Achieve lead generation and conversion targets.

Requirements:

Strong communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable making high-volume cold calls.
Basic computer skills and lead management experience.
Prior experience in tele-calling, telesales, or lead generation preferred.

Compensation: Fixed salary + performance incentives.

Ideal Candidate: A confident communicator who can convert inquiries into opportunities and proactively generate new leads through outbound calling.
