Job Title: Field Executive
Job Summary
The Field Executive is responsible for executing on-ground sales and operational activities within the assigned territory. This role involves direct interaction with clients, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring the effective implementation of company strategies in the field. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-oriented, and capable of representing the organization professionally.
Key Responsibilities: -
1. Sales & Business Development
· Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned area.
· Promote and sell company products or services to prospective clients.
· Achieve sales targets and performance objectives as defined by management.
2. Client Relationship Management
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
· Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
3. Field Operations
· Conduct regular field visits as per the approved route plan.
· Monitor product availability, visibility, and competitor activities.
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
4. Reporting & Documentation
· Maintain accurate records of daily activities, client visits, and sales.
· Submit periodic reports on performance, market feedback, and expenses.
· Update CRM systems with relevant customer information.
Qualifications & Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
· Proven experience in sales or field operations is an advantage.
· Strong communication and negotiation skills.
· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
· Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
· Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
