We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our Blackace Research. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, emails, social media, and networking events to build a strong lead pipeline.
Develop new business relationships and convert qualified leads into long-term clients to expand market presence.
Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, clearly explaining the value of stock market research services.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, target segments, and monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring consistent follow-ups and pipeline growth.
Identify and execute cross-selling and upselling opportunities with new and existing clients to maximize revenue.
Collaborate with Relationship Managers and Research teams to ensure clients receive tailored insights and high-quality service.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system and provide regular performance reports to management.
Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (BBA, BCom, BCA, B.Tech) or in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.
Experience: 0–2 years of experience in business development or sales. Freshers with strong interpersonal skills and a keen interest in the stock market are encouraged to apply.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
Sales Skills: Natural aptitude for sales with the ability to close deals, achieve targets, and build strong client relationships.
Financial Acumen: Basic understanding of the stock market, financial products, and investment strategies is preferred but not mandatory.
Proactive & Self-Motivated: Ability to take initiative, work independently, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Goal-Oriented: Strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and other sales-related software.
