Job Title: Key Account Manager

CTC: Up to ₹20 LPA

About the Role
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with our high-value BFSI clients. You will be responsible for selling Background Verification - BGV solutions and driving revenue growth from enterprise accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key enterprise accounts in BFSI sector
- Sell Background Verification solutions to CXOs, CHROs, HR Heads
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and act as primary point of contact
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
- Coordinate with internal teams - Sales, Operations, Product, Support - to deliver
BGV solutions
- Prepare strategic account plans, forecasts, and performance reports
- Negotiate contracts and close large enterprise deals
- Lead and handle a team of account executives / client servicing team members
- Resolve client issues and escalations in a timely manner
Requirements
- Total Experience: Minimum 10 years, Maximum 13 years
- Mandatory: Experience in BFSI sector
- Mandatory: Prior experience in Background Verification - BVG sales
- Mandatory: Enterprise sales experience with BFSI clients
- Must have hands-on experience in selling below BVG products/services:
- Employment Verification - Candidate job history, tenure check
- Education Verification - Degree, college verification
- Address Verification - Physical address check
- Criminal Record Check - Police/Court record verification
- ID Verification - Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, DL, Voter ID check
- Reference Check - Previous employer/manager feedback
- Credit Check - Financial background check
- Drug Testing - Pre-employment drug test
- Vendor Due Diligence - Companies/vendors background check
- Digital KYC & API Solutions - Gridlines API stack, Video KYC, Loan verification
Must have prior experience in team handling / team management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing accounts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
MBA preferred but not mandatory
Willingness to work from Thane office
Salary: Maximum ₹20 LPA based on experience and current CTC
