ShypBuddy is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Key Account Manager – Logistics to manage and grow strategic client relationships. The ideal candidate will act as a single point of contact for key clients, ensuring timely and efficient logistics operations while driving customer satisfaction and business growth.
Manage end-to-end logistics support for key clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service delivery.
Address and resolve operational issues or client concerns.
Track KPIs and prepare periodic performance reports.
Identify upselling or process improvement opportunities.
2–4 years of experience in logistics or key account management.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with supply chain processes and logistics tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
