Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Government & PSU segments
• Handle end-to-end government sales cycle including e-tender portals
• Promote and sell IT hardware, software, and security surveillance solutions
• Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations and proposals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
• Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Track market trends, competitors, and upcoming government projects
• Maintain sales pipeline and prepare regular sales & performance reports
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales with exposure to Government & PSU projects
• Strong knowledge of Government e-tender portals
• Experience in selling IT hardware, software, and surveillance/security products
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and follow-up abilities
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
