Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of gold purity (karats), diamond grading (the 4Cs), and various gemstones.
Sales Conversion: Proactively guide customers through the buying process, from showcasing designs to closing the sale.
Inventory Management: Ensure all jewelry displays are organized, clean, and secure. Assist in daily stock counting and handling.
After-Sales Service: Handle queries regarding repairs, polishing, and custom orders with a helpful attitude.
Trust & Integrity: Maintain strict adherence to security protocols and store policies regarding high-value inventory
