This role focuses on outbound sales and relationship-driven client acquisition. No freelancing platforms such as Upwork or Fiverr will be used. Services to Sell Website & Mobile App Development, SEO & Local SEO, Digital Marketing, Google Ads (PPC), Meta Ads Target Industries (USA) Flooring Companies, Finance & Accounting Firms, Food & Beverage Businesses, Home Services (Plumbing, HVAC, Roofing, Cleaning, Remodeling, etc.) Key Responsibilities • Generate direct US clients using cold calling, email marketing, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator • Identify decision-makers and conduct sales discovery calls • Present IT solutions and close deals • Maintain CRM, follow-ups, and long-term client relationships Monthly Targets & KPIs • 200–300 qualified US leads per month • 80–100 cold calls per working day (US time zones) • 500–800 cold emails per month with follow-ups • 20–30 discovery calls booked per month • 10–15 new US clients closed per month • Monthly revenue target: USD $15,000 – $20,000+ Required Skills Strong English communication, US sales experience, outbound sales expertise, CRM usage, and understanding of US business culture, independent target-driven mindset.
