Glaze Rocks Private Limited is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented IT Sales Executive to join our team in Wakad, Pune. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, understanding customer requirements, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through calls, emails, social media, networking, and other channels.
Contact prospective clients and understand their business and IT requirements.
Present and promote the company’s IT products/services to potential customers.
Prepare quotations and proposals and follow up with clients.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Convert leads into successful sales and achieve assigned targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, technical requirements, and delivery.
Maintain customer and sales information in CRM/records.
Conduct regular follow-ups and identify opportunities for repeat business.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in IT sales, software sales, B2B sales, or a related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Basic understanding of IT products/services.
Good follow-up and client-handling skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Candidates who can work from the Wakad, Pune office are preferred.
