The Business Development Associate will play a key role in expanding our market presence, generating new business opportunities, and nurturing client and partner relationships. This is a client-facing, target-driven role that combines strategic thinking with on-ground hustle. You will work alongside senior leadership to identify growth avenues, pitch to potential clients and investors, and help convert opportunities into lasting business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hunt new opportunities via research, networking, cold outreach, and referrals.

• Build and manage a strong pipeline of clients, investors, and partners.

• Run client meetings, pitches, and site visits to showcase projects.

• Create lasting relationships with brokers, agents, and industry players.

• Team up with acquisitions and marketing to align growth strategy.

• Craft proposals, pitch decks, and business development reports that win deals.

• Track leads, conversions, and market feedback to sharpen sales play.

• Stay ahead of real estate trends and competitor moves.

• Represent the company at events, forums, and client interactions with confidence.

• Support leadership in structuring, negotiating, and closing big agreements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Required:

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or Finance (MBA is an extra edge).

• 1+ years in sales, business development, or client relations (real estate experience is a plus).

• Proven hustler: spotting opportunities, generating leads, and driving revenue.

• Strong communicator with solid pitch and negotiation skills.

• Self-starter with a results-first mindset.

• Ready to travel between Pune (Baner) and Chiplun when needed.

• Tech-savvy: familiarity with MS Office and CRM platforms.

Preferred:

• Prior experience in real estate sales, property investment, or land acquisition.

• An existing network of clients, investors, or brokers in the Pune or Maharashtra real estate market.

• Exposure to preparing business proposals, pitch decks, or financial presentations.

• Fluency in Marathi or Hindi in addition to English is a valuable asset.
