 Handle qualified leads generated through digital marketing and other acquisition channels.

 Connect with working professionals and career aspirants through calls, WhatsApp, and email.

 Understand the prospect's educational background, work experience, career goals, and upskilling requirements.

 Recommend suitable programs based on the prospect's career objectives and profile.

 Conduct effective sales pitches and program presentations.

 Convert qualified leads into paid enrollments.

 Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Career & Program Consultation

 Explain program curriculum, structure, duration, fees, schedules, certifications, and career-related benefits.

 Help working professionals understand how GenAI and Agentic AI programs can support their career growth and skill development.

 Understand the prospect's current role, skills, experience, and career aspirations.

 Recommend relevant learning solutions based on individual requirements.

 Build trust and maintain strong professional relationships with prospects throughout the decision-making process Follow-ups & Objection Handling

 Maintain regular and structured follow-ups with prospective learners.

 Handle objections related to pricing, program selection, timing, competition, career

outcomes, and decision-making.

 Use effective persuasion and negotiation techniques to move prospects through the sales funnel.

 Create urgency and drive timely enrollment decisions while maintaining a positive prospect experience.

 Re-engage inactive and high-potential leads through systematic follow-ups.

CRM & Pipeline Management

 Maintain accurate lead and prospect information in the CRM.

 Update lead stages, follow-up activities, conversations, and enrollment status.

 Manage the sales pipeline and prioritize high-intent prospects.

 Ensure that no qualified lead is missed due to delayed or inconsistent follow-up.

 Track individual performance against daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

 Maintain accurate sales reports and follow-up records.

Admissions & Onboarding

 Guide professionals through documentation, payment, and enrollment procedures.

 Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment and onboarding process.

 Maintain a positive prospect experience from the first interaction through enrollment.

 Ensure timely communication and handover to the relevant internal teams after conversion
