## About the Role

We are looking for a smart, confident and technically oriented IT Sales and Business Development Executive who can communicate with clients, understand their business requirements, provide software/product demos, handle technical queries and support the sales team in converting enquiries into customers.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of IT/software products, excellent communication skills and the ability to understand client requirements and explain technical solutions in simple language.

## Key Responsibilities

### Client Requirement & Pre-Sales

• Talk to prospective clients through phone, WhatsApp and other communication channels.

Understand and gather client •business and software requirements••.

• Identify the client's requirements and suggest suitable software/products.

• Explain product features, benefits, pricing and implementation process.

Conduct •online/live software demos•• for prospective clients.

• Follow up with leads and assist in converting enquiries into sales.

• Coordinate with the technical/development team for customized requirements.

### Sales & Client Handling

• Generate sales through inbound/outbound calls and follow-ups.

• Explain and sell company software, IT products and services.

• Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing clients.

• Negotiate with clients and assist in closing deals.

• Maintain good relationships with existing customers.

• Achieve assigned monthly sales and follow-up targets.
