Customer Relationship Executive

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to join our team. This role involves contacting customers, explaining postpaid SIM plans and offers, and converting interested customers into new connections. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, answering customer queries, achieving sales, and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the sales process. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18,000 - ₹24,000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through outbound calling, customer databases, and other assigned channels.

• Promote and sell postpaid SIM connections and telecom plans to prospective customers.

• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding plans, services, and offers.

• Convince and convert potential customers by understanding their needs and addressing objections effectively.

• Achieve assigned sales and customer acquisition targets while maintaining accurate records of leads and sales activities.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 months - 1 years of experience. Good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to talk confidently with customers are important for this role. Basic knowledge of mobile plans and telecom services will be an added advantage.
