Position: IT Business Development Executive (BDE)

🔹 Eligibility:

Freshers can apply
Education: MCA / BCA / BE / B.Tech (IT, Computer Science, or related field mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through LinkedIn, portals, email campaigns, and cold calling
Identify new business opportunities in IT services
Handle domestic and international client communication
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team
Prepare proposals, presentations, and follow-ups
Negotiate and close deals
Maintain long-term client relationships
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

🗣 Required Skills:

Excellent English communication skills
Strong negotiation and convincing skills
Good knowledge of IT services (Web Development, Mobile Apps, Software Development, Digital Marketing, AI solutions)
Experience in international client communication (for experienced candidates)
Confident personality with strong presentation skills
