Job purpose

Presales Executive will be technically skilled members of our IT sales team. Your role is to understand and draw up a customer requirement and recommend the right products or services to their customers. You will also have to analyze the existing product or services and help a company develop solutions that resonate with the audience's requirements.

Duties and responsibilities

• Pitch solutions to a customer and explain all the features and benefits of a particular product or service

• Prepare cost estimates and technical proposals such that it meets client's requirement

• Help sales executives during the technical presentations

• Respond to a request for information (RFIs) or request for proposals (RFPs) from customers

• Determine the technical requirement to meet customer goals

• Create sales pitches for the sales team

• Assist the sales team in qualifying potential customers

• Analyze market potential before launching any product or service

• Provide knowledge support to the entire sales team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Engineering, Software Technology, Commerce)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations

• Project management

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access and industry-specific analysis software

• A good understanding of Information Technology and its commercial uses, with zeal for IT Business Market Research.

• Knowledge of Cloud / SaaS , banking , retail & eCommerce, travel & hospitality, etc.

• Exceptional ability and experience in preparation of proposals, responses and contract

• Excellent working knowledge of Solution and Integration Design

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
