·        Combining travel, accommodation and services such as sightseeing arrangements to create holiday packages.

·        Prepare the best suitable Itinerary (a planned route or journey) as per client requirements.

·        Handling bookings, invoicing and issuing of tickets.

·        Confirming customer names with airlines/hotels.

·        Handling bookings, invoicing.

·         Liaising with internal and external suppliers and departments apart from coach operators, hoteliers.

·         Ensuring agreed service levels, contracts and costs are adhered to.
