Roles and Responsibilities
1. Conduct tele-counselling sessions with prospects and get them enrolled in the executive courses. 2. Understand each candidate’s profile, professional background, and career aspirations to provide personalized course recommendations. 3. Present program features, benefits, and unique advantages in a persuasive and consultative manner. 4. Convert qualified leads into enrollments by following a structured sales and follow-up process. 5. Maintain regular follow-ups through calls, emails, and messaging to ensure timely closure of sales. 6. Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets while ensuring high conversion ratios. 7. Keep accurate records of interactions, leads, and sales progress in the CRM system.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Bachelor’s as well as Master’s degree in any specialization. 2. Strong communication skills with fluency in English. (Must Have) 3. Ability to build rapport and address participant needs effectively. 4. Strong persuasion, negotiation, Spontaneous and objection-handling skills . 5. Target-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 6. High level of ownership, self-motivation, and result orientation. 7. Knowledge of executive education programs and corporate training is an added advantage.
