Job Overview:
We seek a dynamic and driven IT Sales Executive with strong cold calling and lead engagement skills to generate qualified leads and contribute to international business growth. The ideal candidate will be crucial in expanding our client base, focusing on North American and other international markets. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies, engage potential clients, and set up discovery meetings for the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively conduct cold calls to potential international clients to introduce IT products and services.
Identify, engage, and qualify leads through targeted outreach and strategic questioning.
Schedule discovery calls/meetings with qualified prospects for the senior sales team.
Maintain accurate records of all activities in the CRM, including contact details, communications, and next steps.
Conduct consistent follow-ups through phone calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
Understand client pain points and share relevant solutions and service capabilities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize campaign messaging and targeting.
Achieve or exceed weekly/monthly KPIs for calls made, leads qualified, and meetings booked.
Stay up to date on IT services, industry trends, and competitor offerings to improve conversations with prospects.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, IT, or a related field.
2-4 years of proven experience in IT pre-sales or outbound lead generation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive, confident phone presence.
Prior experience targeting international (especially North American) markets is preferred.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Results-driven mindset with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Willingness to work EST time zone shifts (night shift in India).
