Work Days: 5 Days a Week

Mode of Work: Chat-based (No Voice Calls)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive to support our business growth by identifying and engaging potential clients in the APAC market. The role focuses on LinkedIn-based lead generation and pre-sales activities, with communication strictly through chat platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other online platforms

  • Identify decision-makers and initiate conversations via LinkedIn, email, and chat tools

  • Perform pre-sales activities such as requirement understanding and lead qualification

  • Maintain and update lead data in CRM or tracking sheets

  • Follow up with prospects through chat-based communication only

  • Coordinate with the sales/business development team for lead handover

  • Ensure consistent lead flow aligned with business targets

Required Skills:

  • Experience in LinkedIn lead generation (mandatory)

  • Good written communication skills in English

  • Basic understanding of B2B sales / pre-sales

  • Ability to research companies and decision-makers

  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus

  • Self-motivated and target-oriented

Preferred Experience:

  • 0.5 – 3 years in lead generation or pre-sales

  • Exposure to the APAC market is an advantage
