Job Description:

VAPN Technology is hiring Sales Development Representatives for our US-based Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) campaign. You will be responsible for calling business leads and offering funding solutions to small business owners in the United States.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to US-based business owners

Pitch our Merchant Cash Advance product professionally

Qualify leads based on defined criteria

Update CRM systems and follow up with leads as needed

Achieve daily and weekly sales targets

Requirements:

Excellent spoken English (mandatory)

Prior experience in outbound sales or BPO preferred

Strong communication and sales skills

Ability to work night shift (US hours)

Goal-oriented and self-motivated

Compensation:

Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on Interview)

Performance-based incentives available (explained during interview)
