Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Team Leader to lead our Insurance Sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in insurance sales, and the ability to drive team performance while achieving business targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in an Insurance Sales Process.
- Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of KPIs & KRAs in the BPO/Insurance sales environment.
- Ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor team performance and ensure all KPIs and KRAs are consistently met.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, feedback meetings, and performance reviews.
- Drive productivity, quality, and conversion rates through effective team management.
- Handle escalations and provide prompt resolution to customer and team issues.
- Prepare and share daily MIS and performance reports with management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance guidelines, and process standards.
- Train and onboard new team members to improve overall team performance.
- Maintain high levels of employee engagement and motivation.
