Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Insurance Coordinator with 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience across multiple types of insurance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating insurance processes, verifying coverage, managing documentation, and serving as a liaison between clients, insurance providers, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely insurance handling.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage insurance processes for multiple insurance types (Health, Life, Motor/Auto, General, Property, and Corporate Insurance)
Verify insurance eligibility, coverage details, and policy benefits
Process insurance documentation, claims, renewals, endorsements, and pre-authorizations
Communicate with insurance companies to resolve policy- or claim-related issues
Maintain accurate records of policies, claims, approvals, and denials
Assist clients/customers with insurance-related queries in a professional manner
Ensure compliance with insurance guidelines, company policies, and regulatory requirements
Track claim status and follow up to ensure timely resolution
Support audits and reporting related to insurance activities
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth insurance operations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
6 months to 1 year of experience in an Insurance Coordinator or similar role
Hands-on experience with all major types of insurance
Strong knowledge of insurance terminology, policies, and claim processes
Excellent communication and coordination skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with insurance software is a plus
Problem-solving mindset with good follow-up skills
