Job Profile:-
1. To identify potential Financial Advisors ,recruit them from your natural contact , references.
2. To schedule training of the advisors for products training, IRDA process , regulations , sales ,
soft skills.
3. To schedule the IRDA Exam for the prospect Advisor , generating their Code.
4. Set targets for advisors, review them , consistently motivate them to generate maximum
business out of them.
5. Designing contests , arranging campaign s for lead generation of prospective clients , advisors.
6. Reporting in to the Branch Manager.
BANCA CHANNEL
1. Assist /help SP to generate leads and log in prospective applications
2. Driving and motivating the branch staff along with bank SP, logging in
Applications sourced, through operations department
3. Approach walk in Customers in Bank and sell Life Insurance Policies to walk In
customers
4. Tapping the right database of the branch and ensure authentic documentation
5. Build relationship with the business partners (Bank staff) and ensure the team
targets are met effectively
6. Ensuring that customers are well informed of the product features sold through
SP’s/ Bank
DIRECT CHANNEL
1. Search, identify conduct daily sales calls for financial planning sessions with
Clients.
2. Acquire customers and generate the targeted amount of premium - Deliver
Complete Product Information to Customers
3. Monitor fulfill prospect and customer leads provided by the company for new
business or cross sell opportunity
4. Cross sell and up sell products to existing customers build portfolios
5. Manage the relationship with customers to ensure persistency renewals
6. Ensure adherence to all sales systems, operational, underwriting, compliance
guidelines ensure accurate data capture
7. Ensure adhere to the defined sales process, KYC guidelines, code of
Conduct rules of the company
