We are looking for dynamic and motivated professionals to promote and manage Health & Life Insurance products. The ideal candidate will guide customers in selecting suitable insurance plans, provide policy details, and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication.

📋 Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels.
• Explain insurance products and benefits clearly to customers.
• Recommend suitable plans based on client needs and financial goals.
• Maintain and build long-term customer relationships.
• Assist clients in completing proposal forms and documentation.
• Ensure timely renewal of existing policies.
• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance.
• Stay updated on company policies, new products, and market trends.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Good understanding of insurance products and terms.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software preferred).

🎓 Qualifications:

• Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
• Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with good communication are welcome).
• Experience in BFSI / Insurance / Financial Services preferred.
