Role Overview
The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for driving life insurance
business through the Union Bank of India (UBI) branch by building strong relationships with
bank staff, generating leads, and closing sales. The role requires proactive business
development, customer need analysis, and ensuring seamless service delivery to customers.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive life insurance sales through the Union Bank of India branch.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with UBI branch staff and customers.
• Generate leads, conduct customer meetings, and close sales effectively.
• Train and motivate bank staff on India First Life Insurance products and sales processes.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and after-sales support.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain proper documentation and adhere to all regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in marketing activities, branch activation, and sales campaigns.
