Key Responsibilities:-
Manages and coordinates various aspects of insurance policies for an organization, including managing claims, liaising with insurance companies, and ensuring policies are up-to-date.
· Analyse insurance policies to understand coverage, inclusions, exclusions, and terms and conditions.
· Handling the Employees Insurance, Marine transit & Warehouse Storage Insurance, Vehicle Insurance, Companies properties and Multirisk Insurance policies.
· Receive and review insurance claims, ensuring all necessary information is included
· Verify policy coverage and assess eligibility for claim reimbursement.
· Investigate and resolve discrepancies or missing information in claims.
· Maintaining the spread sheets for the Insurance & other due payments.
· Maintain detailed records of claims, correspondence, and actions taken.
· Timely reminders, Follow ups for the claims and maintaining claim follow up trackers.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Minimum Qualification:-Any Graduate with flaunt in English have computer literacy
