Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to leads and explain various term insurance plans.
Educate customers about the importance of life protection and coverage.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable plans.
Handle objections and convince customers to complete the policy purchase.
Maintain proper lead records and follow up regularly.
Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with team leaders and update sales performance reports.
