Job Title: Health Insurance Advisor

Role Overview:
You will guide clients through the complex landscape of health insurance—assessing their needs, presenting tailored policy options, facilitating applications, and guiding them through claims and renewals. You’ll also provide post-sale support, maintain accurate client records, and stay up-to-date with regulatory and market changes.
Consult with clients to understand their health insurance needs
Explain different health insurance options and policy terms
Recommend suitable plans tailored to client circumstances
Assist clients throughout the application and documentation process
Guide clients during the claims process to ensure efficient resolution
Conduct periodic policy reviews and manage renewals
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Stay updated on industry trends, policy changes, and regulations
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients through continuous support
