Insurance Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess clients’ needs and recommend appropriate health insurance plans.

• Explain policy details including coverage, premiums, deductibles, exclusions, and benefits.

• Assist with the application and enrollment process for individual, family, or group health plans.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of government regulations and insurance products (e.g., ACA, Medicare, Medicaid, private health insurance).

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.

• Stay informed on market trends and competitor offerings.

• Handle policy renewals, claims support, and resolve customer concerns.

• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, underwriting, claims) to provide seamless client service.

• Meet or exceed sales targets and compliance standards.
