Job Description

Responsibilities

Call potential customers and explain gym membership plans.
Handle leads and follow up with interested customers.
Convert leads into gym memberships.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer questions and objections.
Maintain regular follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp.
Update lead details and follow-up status in the CRM.
Coordinate with the gym team for customer visits and membership joining.

Required Skills

Good communication skills.
Good convincing and sales skills.
Comfortable with calling and follow-ups.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good Hindi and English communication.
Experience in sales or telecalling is preferred.
