Job Description

We are looking for a smart, confident and target-oriented Female Inside Sales Executive who is fluent in Gujarati and can handle customer calls, lead follow-ups, client coordination, sales conversion, and relationship building.

The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to convert inquiries into business through regular follow-ups and strong customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
Communicate with clients in Gujarati, Hindi and English
Generate and convert leads through telecalling and follow-ups
Understand customer requirements and explain company products/services effectively
Maintain regular follow-up with existing and new clients
Coordinate with internal departments for order/process updates
Prepare and maintain customer database, lead reports and sales records
Achieve monthly sales targets and business conversion goals
Build strong relationships with customers for repeat business
Resolve basic customer queries in a professional manner
