We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing Sales team. This role is pivotal in driving new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential clients using platforms such as Google and LinkedIn.

• Connect with prospective clients through tele-calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.

• Promote products and solutions to generate new business opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups.

• Schedule in-person meetings for senior management with clients.

• Present and sell products and solutions to clients, providing updates on offerings.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent technical support and commercial solutions.

• Act as a customer advocate within the organization to ensure superior service delivery.

  Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently.

  • Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Must have an IT background.

• Preference will be given to female candidates.

Additional Information:

• Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday; 3rd Saturday off)

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
