We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing deals through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with prospects via phone, email, and online platforms to understand customer needs and present suitable products/services.
Qualify inbound leads and proactively reach out to potential customers through cold calling and outbound emails.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, trade shows, and web inquiries.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demos, and proposals.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Work collaboratively with the field sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or business development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand customer requirements and match them with company offerings.
Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and meet targets.
Experience using CRM software and sales tools.
Comfortable working independently and as par
t of a team.
Candidates must have IT sales experience.
Experience with Analytics and AI will be an advantage.
