We are looking for a Inside Sales Executive to join our team at Tsi Steels. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹28,000 monthly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify new sales opportunities.
• Build and manage the sales pipeline.
• Identify new customers via networking, cold calling, emails, telephone calls, and lead generation techniques.
• Create monthly sales forecasts.
• Develop strategies to reach sales goals.
• Write sales pitches for all products and services.
• Complete competitive analysis reports.
• Present monthly sales reports to managers
• Participate in Exhibition and Sitting up meetings with potential clients, listening to their wishes and concerns.
• Develop and maintain healthy relationship with the existing and new clients.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Collaborate with customer service, billing, and other departments.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 6+ years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Cold Calling,MS Excel,Computer Knowledge,Convincing Skills,Lead Generation, Good sales and negotiation skills, Sales planning and organization skills, Closing skills, Client relationships, Customer-focus is an added advantage. There is no target in this job.
