Position Summary
Responsible for Key Account management, business development, Vendor registrations, techno-commercial coordination, customer relationship management, project execution support, and commercial operations for transformer and solar power projects including Solar IDTs, Power Transformers, and Distribution Transformers.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle techno-commercial discussions, quotations, negotiations, and order finalization.
• Coordinate with design, production, QA/QC, dispatch, and service teams for smooth project execution.
• Manage submission of GTPs, QAPs, type test reports, compliance reports, and technical documents.
• Coordinate inspections with third-party agencies and customer representatives.
• Handle payment follow-ups including advances, milestone payments, GST, and overdue receivables.
• Support installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer service activities.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure timely resolution of technical and commercial issues.
• Ensure compliance with PO terms, IS/IEC standards, and contractual requirements.
• Develop business opportunities with EPCs, PSUs, utilities, consultants, and private sector clients.
Desired Candidate Profile
• BE/B.Tech (Electrical/Mechanical preferred); MBA is an added advantage.
• Strong exposure to Solar IDTs, Power Transformers, EPC projects, and commercial operations.
• Excellent skills in customer handling, project coordination, and business communication.
